Study regarding the methodology of establishing the requirements and constraints for decontamination, in view of nuclear installations decommissioning, as well as the radwastes management generated by decontamination and nuclear installations decommissioning

Stage II

Study regarding evaluation of materials, structures and equipment contamination, in case of nuclear plants of CANDU type. Contamination with tritium and radiocarbon

Year 2009

Stage III

Scientific and technical bases of decontamination methodologies, in case of nuclear installations decommissioning costs-benefits evaluations

Stage IV

Methodologies of radwastes management on categories from initiation to final storage

Year 2010

Stage V

Study regarding decontamination methodologies and radwastes management, in case of nuclear plants of CANDU type cost-benefits evaluations

Researches regarding surface and in depth contamination of materials, structures and equipment surfaces, in case of nuclear installations

Stage III

Decontamination methods applicable in case of surface contaminated both with tritium and radiocarbon

Stage IV

Methods of minimizing the radwastes quantities and their enlisting in a lower storage category

Year 2010

Stage V

Decontamination methods and techniques applicable to decommissioning of CANDU type. Management of radwastes generated further to decontamination and decommissioning activities of nuclear plants of CANDU type.
